Tottenham Hotspur have the option to sign Giovani Lo Celso on a permanent deal for just £27.3m in the January transfer window.
The North London club signed the Argentina international on a loan basis from La Liga side Real Betis over the summer transfer window.
Lo Celso has since made eight appearances in the Premier League and recently netted his first Spurs goal against Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League.
Speaking on the subject of Lo Celso, Betis vice-chairman Jose Catalan told ABC de Sevilla: "The purchase option [for Lo Celso] can be exercised by this January market.
"They would have to pay €32million (£27.3million). In June [a €40m permanent deal] is mandatory if they get into the Champions League, and voluntary if not."
Some sources have claimed that Lo Celso is keen to leave the Premier League club amid a string of injuries that have limited him to just three starts since August.
