Crystal Palace have reportedly had a club-record transfer bid accepted by Tottenham Hotspur for Icelandic playmaker Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Palace are ready to break their transfer record and have had an £8m bid accepted by fellow London club Spurs, according to Five Year Plan.
Earlier this week it was reported that 24-year-old Sigurdsson could be returning to Swansea City as part of a swap deal, but that appears to have broken down.
Sigurdsson, who moved to North London from Hoffenheim in 2012, has made just 26 Premier League starts for Spurs in the last two seasons.
Palace's record transfer fee currently stands at £6.5m - the amount they paid for Dwight Gayle a year ago.
