Tottenham Hotspur have announced that the club have agreed a deal with Toulouse for the services of midfielder Etienne Capoue.
The North London outfit were expected to secure the France international's signature, who claimed yesterday that he completed a medical with the Premier League club last week.
Capoue is expected to finalise the finishing touches on his contract today in a reported £8.6m transfer to White Hart Lane.
The 25-year-old scored 13 goals for Toulouse during his time at the Ligue 1 club.
