Tottenham Hotspur may reportedly be ready to keep Christian Eriksen until the end of the season.
With just six months remaining on his contract, Eriksen is allowed to hold discussions with foreign clubs, resulting in strong interest from Inter Milan.
The Italian giants are said to be prepared to hand the playmaker a long-term lucrative deal, while the Denmark international is interested in working with Antonio Conte.
However, The Independent claims that Spurs are unhappy with Inter's current bid, said to be significantly short of their £25m valuation.
The report adds that the North London outfit are considering whether to keep hold of the 27-year-old until the summer, rather than accept a cut-price fee in the coming weeks.
Eriksen has remained a regular in the Spurs squad, making 13 starts and 11 substitute outings in all competitions this season.
