Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly tabled a bid of £3m for Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon.
The 16-year-old left-back made his senior debut for the Cottagers in their first-round EFL Cup win over Leyton Orient last week, prompting interest from fellow London side Spurs.
According to The Sun, Mauricio Pochettino's side view Sessegnon as a talent for the future and are keen to tie up a deal now to ward off interest from their Premier League rivals.
Arsenal and Liverpool have also been monitoring Sessegnon in recent weeks but Spurs are thought to be in pole position and will also offer Fulham another player on loan in order to sweeten the deal.
Sessegnon and his twin brother Steven have been with Fulham since the age of nine.
