Tottenham Hotspur head coach Nuno Espirito Santo reportedly remains keen on signing Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Conor Coady.
Spurs have inevitably been linked with a number of Wolves players this summer after appointing the Molineux outfit's former head coach.
According to Football Insider, Coady was at the top of Nuno's shortlist when he agreed to take charge of the North London club earlier this summer.
The report claims that 'preliminary talks' have been held with regards to signing Coady, who is tied to Wolves until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
While Coady was viewed as indispensable at Wolves under Nuno, it remains unclear whether Bruno Lage will see the England international in the same light.
Wolves are unlikely to consider selling their captain unless they receive an offer in excess of £30m.
