Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering tabling an improved bid for West Bromwich Albion's Saido Berahino.
Spurs had an offer - believed to be in the region of £18m - for the 22-year-old striker rejected on Tuesday.
However, Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has not given up hope of prising Berahino away from the Midlands outfit with a higher offer, The Mirror reports.
Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace has expressed reluctance about selling the young forward, but refused to rule out the possibility entirely.
"I know we are living in an age where no club can say 'Never' about the possibility of selling a player," he said.
West Brom are said to value Berahino at around £25m.
