Bolton Wanderers teenager Luca Connell has reportedly emerged as a January transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.
The 17-year-old has only made three appearances in the first team at the Championship club, all of which have come since the start of 2019.
However, Connell has less than six months remaining on his contract, and the North-West side may need to cash in on the prospect before the end of the month due to their current financial situation.
According to the Daily Mail, Spurs are one of four Premier League clubs said to be considering an offer over the next 36 hours.
Southampton, Brighton & Hove Albion and Burnley are also said to be interested, and Connell's stock may have gone up having impressed against Reading on Tuesday night.
Bolton boss Phil Parkinson was booed for withdrawing the player with the team trailing the Royals by a 1-0 scoreline.
