Tottenham Hotspur have sent a scout to watch Brazilian winger Bernard play at the Confederations Cup.
The Premier League club are understood to be leading the chase to sign the 20-year-old, who is currently signed to Atletico Mineiro.
However, Borussia Dortmund are also keen on the youngster, according to the Evening Standard.
Atletico Mineiro are thought to want around £18m for Bernard.
