Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly decided to up their interest in Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.
Spurs have been linked with a move for Zaha in the past, but the 25-year-old recently penned a new long-term contract at Selhurst Park after rediscovering his best form.
However, a number of high-profile clubs remain keen to sign the Ivory Coast international, and Palace face a battle to keep hold of their star man during the final nine days of the transfer window.
According to The Sun, Spurs are ready to make a bid of £45m with a sell-on clause in order to secure the signature of the attacker, who contributed nine goals and three assists in 29 Premier League appearances during the most recent campaign.
Palace allegedly value Zaha in the region of £70m, but a big-money approach from Spurs may test the resolve of the Eagles in the coming days.
