Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified Besiktas midfielder Manuel Fernandes as a summer target, according to Turkish newspaper Haberturk.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is understood to be a keen admirer of the Portuguese international, and is reportedly willing to spend £14m on the former Everton and Portsmouth star.
According to reports in Turkey, a deal has already been struck, and the 26-year-old will move to London at the end of the season.
Fernandes has eight international caps to his name.
