Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a January swoop for Brazil forward Hulk.
Manager Andre Villas-Boas worked with the Zenit St Petersburg frontman at Porto and is keen on the powerful 27-year-old.
A move from Spurs could be forthcoming, although a swoop for the Zenit man centres around Jermain Defoe leaving for West Ham United, according to the Daily Mail.
Defoe could be set for a New Year exit from the club after failing to nail down a first-team spot at White Hart Lane, following the arrival of Roberto Soldado, and the Hammers are said to be showing an interest.
Should Defoe leave, he could be replaced by the versatile Hulk, who can play either as a winger or a striker.
