Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been told that they must fork out £61m to sign Geoffrey Kondogbia from Valencia.
Jose Mourinho's side were linked with a move for the midfielder last summer before opting to sign Tanguy Ndombele in a record-breaking deal from Lyon.
However, the Frenchman has failed to hit the ground running in North London, meaning that Spurs could allegedly reignite their interest in Kondogbia.
According to Spanish outlet El Desmarque, Valencia are open to offers for the Central African Republic international, who has made 17 appearances in La Liga this season.
The report also claims that the Spanish outfit intend to stand firm on Kondogbia's £61m release clause, and Spurs could supposedly face competition from Everton for the midfielder's signature.
Kondogbia, who has scored six times in 79 appearances for Valencia since his arrival from Inter Milan, will see his current deal expire in 2022.
