Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly rejected Real Madrid's latest offer for wantaway midfielder Luka Modric.
The Croatia international, who has been open about his intentions to leave White Hart Lane, is believed to be rated in the region of £30m by the North London outfit.
It is understood that the Premier League club are holding firm on their price tag and have rebuffed a bid thought to be in the region of £24m by the Spanish giants, according to ESPN.
Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas recently claimed that if the valuation is not met, then the 26-year-old will be forced to stay at the club.
