Tottenham Hotspur are planning a move for Jordan Lukaku, the younger brother of Everton striker Romelu.
The 19-year-old is currently on loan at Oostende from Anderlecht and Spurs have sent scouts to watch him in action, according to the Daily Mail.
The left-back played for the Belgium Under-21 side in their 1-0 defeat to Italy in the 2015 European Championship qualifiers.
Like his older brother, Jordan came through the youth ranks at Anderlecht.
