Tanguy Ndombele has reportedly informed Tottenham Hotspur that he is open to leaving the club before this summer's transfer window closes for business.
The 24-year-old has largely struggled to impress for Spurs since arriving from Lyon in a club-record deal, and he is seemingly not in the immediate plans of new head coach Nuno Espirito Santo.
Ndombele was not involved in last weekend's 2021-22 Premier League opener against Manchester City and will also not feature against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday afternoon.
According to The Athletic, the Frenchman has told his North London club that he is open to moving on after a difficult spell.
The report claims that Ndombele is attracted by the prospect of playing in La Liga or Germany, but his wages of £200,000 a week could make it difficult for Spurs to sell him before the deadline.
The midfielder still has four years left to run on his deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. body check tags ::
