Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed a fee with Wolverhampton Wanderers for Spanish winger Adama Traore.
The 25-year-old has been linked with the North London outfit since Nuno Espirito Santo's attempts to reunite with him last summer.
Although those efforts failed, Football Insider are now reporting that Antonio Conte's side have made a breakthrough in talks by agreeing a fee with the Molineux club.
The report states how an initial £20m fee has been accepted, with a further £2.75m to be received by Wolves if certain performance-related add-ons are met.
Traore was once valued at around £50m following his heights of the 2019-20 season, but with him now in the final 18 months of his contract, the West Midlands club have been willing to listen to offers in order to avoid losing him for nothing in the summer of 2023.
The former Barcelona academy graduate scored his first goal of the season in Wolves' 3-1 win over Southampton last Saturday, in what was his 22nd club appearance of the season. body check tags ::
