Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly become the latest Premier League side to declare an interest in West Bromwich Albion defender Ahmed Hegazi.
The Egypt international has already been linked with West Ham United and Leicester City over the past week, despite being an ever-present in the West Brom side that suffered relegation this term.
Hegazi was a shining light for the Baggies in a tough campaign, and it has previously been claimed that he has a £2.5m release clause in his contract which has seen interest in him increase.
ESPN suggests that, while that figure may be wide of the mark, Tottenham intend to rival West Ham and Leicester in triggering the World Cup-bound centre-back's buyout option.
Former Al Ahly ace Hegazi joined West Brom on loan last summer, before making the move permanent five months later.
