Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly currently in discussions with Shakhtar Donetsk over a possible move for Dodo before the end of this summer's transfer window.
The 22-year-old has made 76 appearances in all competitions for his Ukrainian club since arriving in 2018, contributing five goals and 14 assists in the process.
Tottenham are seemingly keen to bring a new right-back to the club this summer, and according to Globo Esporte, the Premier League club have already made an offer of €20m (£17m) for Dodo.
The report claims that the bid in question was rejected, but Nuno Espirito Santo's side remain in negotiations with Shakhtar over a potential deal before the end of the month.
Bayern Munich are also believed to have had a €25m (£21.3m) offer rejected this summer, as Roberto De Zerbi's side fight to keep hold of the full-back.
Dodo, who started his career with Coritiba, has been capped on five occasions by Brazil Under-23s.
