Andre Villas-Boas will reportedly be handed the funds to bolster his Tottenham Hotspur squad during the upcoming January transfer window.
The Spurs board sanctioned the purchases of Clint Dempsey, Hugo Lloris, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Jan Vertonghen, Emmanuel Adebayor and Moussa Dembele in the summer.
However, more money will be made available to Villas-Boas if he feels the need to make more signings in the winter, according to the London Evening Standard.
It is believed that Shakhtar Donetsk's Willian and FC Porto's Joao Moutinho are Villas-Boas's main targets.
Christian Eriksen of Ajax and AZ Alkmaar's Adam Maher are also thought to be under consideration.
