Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed that he is hoping to bring in more new faces before the transfer window closes.

Although Villas-Boas is targeting additional signings, he believes that the club has recruited a world-class striker in Roberto Soldado.

"We managed to get a world-class striker on board who has experience in the Champions League, experience at the top level," he said.
