Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has revealed that he is likely to rotate his squad for Wednesday's Capital One Cup tie against Tranmere Rovers.
The Potters take on the League One side at Prenton Park in the third round of the competition.
"I am looking to give some game time to players who were not involved against Arsenal, and there will be an opportunity to do that," Hughes is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"However, we are still looking to progress in the competition - it is one which we feel we can do well in this year."
Stoke's only previous success in the tournament came back in 1972.
