Ryan Shotton has revealed that he is willing to leave Stoke City, but only on a temporary basis.
The 22-year-old defender has spent his entire career with the Potters but has said that he would like the opportunity to play first-team football on a regular basis.
"I'm here, playing for Stoke, that's all I keep telling people. If I'm playing, I'm happy," said Shotton.
"That's all I want to do, play football. If it is not at Stoke the next couple of months, then maybe I do have to go out on loan.
"It's my local club, I've been here since I was nine, 10 years old so who would want to leave?"
Shotton scored the only goal of the game as Stoke defeated West Bromwich Albion 1-0 yesterday afternoon.
