Team GB boss Stuart Pearce has praised Friday's opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics.
The spectacle, which has earned huge praise, took place at the Olympic Stadium in London last night – and Pearce branded the evening "fantastic".
"No-one has any airs and graces. There is no pushing and shoving. Everyone has a smile. The whole thing is just a fantastic spectacle," he told The Mirror.
Pearce's side face United Arab Emirates on Sunday.
