Torquay United manager Alan Knill has hailed the impact of Jordan Chapell for the winger's brace in his side's 2-1 win away to Northampton Town on Saturday.
Knill also highlighted the "character" that his side showed after another result from a losing position - their third this season.
"We're obviously delighted," Sky Sports News quotes Knill as saying. "It was a game of two halves and it felt like we were totally dominated in the first half but I think when we look at it again we'll see that we weren't.
"That's three times we've come back from a goal down this season and that shows real character.
"Jordan has got three for the season now; we've set him targets and he's right on track with all of them."
The result moved Torquay up to 13th in League Two.
