Toulouse defensive midfielder Francois Sirieix has warned his teammates not to underestimate Ligue 1 strugglers Sochaux.
The 31-year-old scored his first goal of the season in last week's 3-0 win at Nancy, which left le Tef trailing fifth-placed Marseille by two points.
Alain Casanova's men entertain Ligue 1's bottom side Sochaux on Sunday hoping to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for Europe.
"We should improve after our good performance in Nancy," said the Frenchman. "We need the three points so we can stay in this small leading group and get into Europe.
"It is important to score first as we did in Nancy, because it gives us confidence.
"Sochaux played well against Lille but they have not had success, but they are a dangerous team and we must be careful.''
Sochaux are currently on a run of 11 league games without a win following their 1-0 defeat at home to Lille on Wednesday.
