Toulouse scored a goal in either half as they overcame Sochaux 2-0 on Sunday evening.
The home side started the better and might have taken the lead with a Adrien Regattin header after nine minutes, but it drifted just wide.
They did take the lead, however, moments later when Aymen Abdennour found the back of the net with a cool finish inside the area.
Marvin Martin lead the away side's charge, and his effort after ten minutes brought the best out of Ali Ahamada.
Toulouse continued to dominate possession as the half wore on and Emmanuel Riviere and Regattin both brought saves out of Pierrick Cros late in the half.
Riviere put the home side 2-0 ahead ten minutes into the second period with a fine effort from outside the box.
It was almost three after 63 minutes, but Riviere's header was blocked off the line by Yaya Banana.
The away side's best chance of the second period fell to Cedric Bakambu after 72 minutes, but he fired over the bar when he might have done better.
Toulouse will look to continue their winning run when they face Marseille next Saturday, while Sochaux host Valenciennes.
