Toulouse have confirmed an agreement to take French midfielder Clement Chantome on a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
The 25-year-old had been linked with moves to Premier League sides Everton and Fulham, although it was Le Tef who showed the strongest interest.
According to Sky Sports News, the deal does not include an option to make the move permanent, suggesting that he may still have a future at the Parc des Princes.
Chantome, who won his only cap for France in a 1-0 loss to Japan last October, will wear the number six shirt for his new club.
