The 24-year-old has played a key role in Tranmere's campaign thus far, with the League One outfit sitting top of the table after 26 matches.
He also received a call-up to the Northern Ireland squad for Wednesday's friendly against Malta, where he is expected to make his international blow.
According to Sky Sports News, his form has not gone unnoticed, with a number of Premier League clubs monitoring proceedings.
