Brighton & Hove Albion striker Shamir Fenlon has joined Tranmere Rovers on loan until January 1.
The Seagulls academy graduate, 20, has made two senior appearances in cup competitions this season and has previously been loaned to Rochdale and Torquay United.
Rovers manager Micky Adams is keen to improve a forward line which has only scored 15 goals in 17 League Two games this season to leave Tranmere in the relegation zone.
He told the club's official website: "Shamir is highly thought of at Brighton and has first-team experience. He will add to our attacking options ahead of a busy period and give us extra cover until the transfer window opens in January."
Fenlon follows Cameroonian forward Guy Madjo in moving to Prenton Park, and this double signing helps Tranmere compensate for Armand Gnanduillet being recalled by parent club Chesterfield this week.
