Sports Mole rounds up all of the latest transfer news in the Premier League on Friday, January 15.

Friday morning's Premier League transfer talk news roundup:

Report: Arsenal have £20m budget for January transfer window

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reportedly been told that he has £20m to spend in the January transfer window.

The Gunners are prioritising outgoings over new signings this month as they look to cut their bloated squad down to size.

Sead Kolasinac, William Saliba and Matt Macey have so far been loaned out, while Mesut Ozil is expected to follow in the coming days.

Regardless of any more outgoing activity, though, the Transfer Window Podcast claims that Arteta is already aware of the funds available to him this month.

Arsenal are said to be interested in Norwich City attacker Emiliano Buendia, but he is thought to be valued in the region of £40m, putting him well out of their price range.

Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon has also been mentioned as a possible target for the Gunners before the window shuts on February 1.

Liverpool-linked Eder Militao 'free to leave Real Madrid on loan'

Real Madrid outcast Eder Militao is reportedly free to head for the Bernabeu exit door this month amid links with Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

The former Porto man arrived in the summer of 2019 with plenty of promise, but Zinedine Zidane continues to rely on Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos in the heart of defence.

Militao has made a meagre three appearances for Los Blancos across all competitions this term and has been tipped to make a switch to either Spurs or Liverpool in order to enjoy more first-team action.

Now, journalist Duncan Castles reports that a temporary move away from the Spanish capital could be on the cards this month, telling the Transfer Window Podcast: "One player who has been mentioned is Eder Militao, the centre-back at Real Madrid who is out of favour there.

"Madrid are trying to offload the player, they want ideally to sell. I'm told their asking price is €50 million (£44.5m), but there is the option there of getting Militao on a six-month loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the season."

The Brazil international penned a six-year deal upon his arrival in Madrid last year, with his current contract therefore set to run until 2025.
