Tottenham Hotspur 'keeping tabs on Josh King'

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly retained an interest in signing Bournemouth forward Josh King.

The Premier League outfit were heavily linked with a bid for the Norway international earlier this summer, only for other players to move higher up their shortlist.

However, according to The Telegraph, Jose Mourinho is still considering whether to make an approach for the versatile attacker.

The Portuguese is eager to bring in experienced backup for Harry Kane, preferring to use recent arrival Gareth Bale out wide rather than down the middle.

While King featured in the squad to face Norwich City in the Championship on Sunday afternoon, Bournemouth are open to cashing in on the 28-year-old.

King has less than 12 months remaining on his contract at the Vitality Stadium.
