Welcome to Sports Mole's live transfer blog on Monday, January 19.
Time is ticking for clubs home and abroad to conclude their transfer business, with just two weeks left to go until the winter window slams shut.
Wilfried Bony's move to Manchester City from Swansea City and Jermain Defoe's return to the Premier League via Sunderland have been the major stories in the top flight so far.
Here, we will provide you with all the latest rumours and done deals that emerge throughout the day.
Good morning everyone! There's only 14 days left to go before the transfer window closes, so what will today bring? Manchester City are the only club out of the Premier League heavyweights to secure a big-money signing following the capture of Wilfried Bony, but that doesn't mean that their rivals are not working hard to match them. We'll keep you updated as developments occur.
Plenty of transfer gossip filtered through overnight, so if you missed it, catch up in our Transfer Talk Update, which contains rumours about Mattia Destro, Kevin Mirallas and Samuel Eto'o.
Let's turn our attention to Liverpool and their attempts to cut short Divock Origi's loan at Lille. If you remember, the Reds signed the striker from the Ligue 1 outfit last summer for a £10m fee, but was immediately loaned back to France. Liverpool initially tried to bring the Belgium international to Anfield this month, but according to reports, manager Brendan Rodgers has decided to keep faith with his current strikeforce, so Origi will stay put at Lille until the end of the season.
It's time for me to hand you over to my colleague Joe Fish, who will provide you with all the latest transfer updates as they happen over the next few hours. Enjoy!
Thanks Danielle. What a result that was for Arsenal yesterday, eh? The 23-year-old's current deal expires in the summer, but he has played Arsenal's last seven games.
Swansea have money to spend this month after selling Wilfried Bony to Manchester City. A left-back is believed to be high on Garry Monk's list of priorities and the Swans are believed to have lodged a £4m bid for Norwich's Martin Olsson, which the Canaries are considering accepting.
West Brom are another team expected to be active in January and it seems that they are now making some moves. Reports are claiming that the Baggies have had a £4m bid rejected for Wigan winger Callum McManaman. The Latics could sell, but are holding out for a fee of £6m.
