Former Manchester City and Hull City midfielder Geovanni wants to make a return to the Premier League this month, according to his agent.

The 32-year-old is currently on the books of Brazilian club Vitoria.

However, he has been told that he is free to find another club during the ongoing transfer window.

"Geovanni would be interested in a move back to England," agent Herbert Soo told Sky Sports News. "Although he has concrete offers from other clubs in Europe he has his heart set on a return to England.

"He really enjoyed playing in England. He loved the fans and the atmosphere at the games.

"He believes he still has a lot to offer to a top club and we are exploring what options are available for a potential move this month or in the summer."

Geovanni played for the San Jose Earthquakes following his stint in England.
