Ukraine coach Oleg Blokhin has admitted that the weight of expectation is weighing heavy upon his team's shoulders.
The co-hosts will open their tournament against Sweden on Monday but has said that he cannot predict how their campaign will pan out.
Blokhin believes that the expectation from within the country has them feeling under pressure to perform.
"The expectations are a lot higher, both for the fans and for the players," Blokhin told Uefa.com. "This doesn't help the team or the fans.
"So, we need to look at things realistically and tell the fans that we are not in the best situation.
"I know this team will fight, that it will try, but I really cannot predict how it will turn out."
England and France make up the rest of Group D.
