Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim has confirmed that Nani will leave the club to join Valencia this summer.
The 29-year-old only moved to the Turkish outfit from Manchester United last year, but impressed with eight goals in 27 appearances and now looks set to ply his trade in La Liga next season.
It is thought that the deal will go through before Thursday, when Nani's release clause would increase to €8.5m (£7m).
"Nani will play for Valencia next season," Yildirim told AMK Sport.
Nani is currently with Portugal at Euro 2016, where he has scored two goals in four appearances.
