AC Milan are reportedly preparing a £10m offer for Valencia attacker Sofiane Feghouli.
The 24-year-old, who signed a new contract extension with Los Che just last year, impressed at this summer's World Cup as Algeria reached the last-16 stage of the competition before bowing out to Germany.
A number of European sides have been credited with an interest, but according to Superdeporte, Milan are on the verge of making an official offer for the versatile midfielder.
Feghouli has been with Valencia since 2010.
