Villarreal are reportedly interested in signing Celta Vigo winger Michael Krohn-Dehli this month.
The 31-year-old has played in all Celta's La Liga games this season, but the Dane's current deal expires this summer.
According to Periodista Digital, Villarreal are preparing a January swoop for the attacker, who can play in a number of positions in the final third.
A number of other Spanish clubs are said to be monitoring proceedings, but it is understood that the chance to join the Yellow Submarine appeals to the player.
Krohn-Dehli joined Celta from Brondby in 2012.
