Joe Allen has warned that Wales have plenty to work on between now and Euro 2016 following the 1-1 draw in tonight's friendly at home to Northern Ireland.
Simon Church slotted an 89th-minute penalty to cancel out Craig Cathcart's opener on the hour mark for the Northern Irish.
Chris Coleman was without a number of big players, including Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey, but Liverpool midfielder Allen says that there is still work to do nonetheless.
"We were relieved to get the equaliser. The application was there and a couple of new caps, which was great for those lads and a couple of lads who haven't been involved for a while," he told BBC Sport.
"We have plenty to work on but that's what these friendlies are for. We will look forward to Ukraine which will be a different and a tough challenge and you need that sort of challenge ahead of the Euros."
The Welsh will meet England, Russia and Slovakia in Group B.
