West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini has suggested that he must manage the workload of forward Marko Arnautovic.
The Austria international sustained a knee injury against Everton in September, and although the player has featured on three occasions for club and country over the past month, there are still concerns over the issue.
Pellegrini has hinted that Arnautovic will feature against Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend - despite missing a friendly with his national team in midweek - but the Hammers chief has said that the club needs to be "careful" with the ongoing problem.
At a press conference, the Chilean told reporters: "He's OK. He played just one game, he has worked with the squad without any problems. He must be careful with his knee."
Arnautovic has contributed four goals and one assist for West Ham in the Premier League this season.
