West Ham boss Sam Allardyce has praised the decision of Chris Foy not to award a late penalty in the Hammers' goalless draw with Norwich City.
Foy correctly judged that a foul by James Collins on Andrew Surman was outside the area, turning down Norwich appeals for a penalty.
"No doubt about that. Those decisions can make or break you," Allardyce told Sky Sports News.
"Chris has made a correct decision today and by the looks of it, where the player finished, he could easily have thought that was in the box.
"Luckily for us it was a major decision the referee got right and I'm really pleased about that."
Norwich are yet to record a win this season.
