Andy Carroll has claimed that West Ham United should be targeting European qualification following their 3-0 victory over Hull City.
The England international opened the scoring early in the second half at Upton Park to help the Hammers climb up to seventh in the table, and he believes that the squad must continue to aim high.
"There's a belief in the dressing room," Carroll told Sky Sports News. "I don't see why not with the performances we've given week-in, week-out.
"I know we haven't had a win in the last few games, but we've had the performances that can take us up to the top.
"The way we've been playing the goals have been there, ready to take, and I think today we deserved it."
West Ham return to action against Bristol City in the FA Cup next Saturday.
