West Ham United assistant boss Neil McDonald has revealed that Ravel Morrison has been included in the squad for this weekend's Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
The England Under-21 international has been linked with a switch to Fulham following comments made by head coach Rene Meulensteen claiming that the player wants to move to Craven Cottage.
Following Meulensteen's remarks, West Ham decided to lodge a complaint to the Premier League, who are expected to investigate the comments.
"There seems to be a story about Rav every week," McDonald said in a press conference. "Rav trained with the rest of the lads with a big smile on his face yesterday. We look forward to having him in the squad for Saturday, he should be fit."
Despite West Ham's current stance, McDonald did state that sales are inevitable at clubs. He added: "I would imagine everybody's got a price."
The 20-year-old signed for West Ham from Manchester United in 2012.
