West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has claimed that the team have their confidence back following an unbeaten run of three matches in the Premier League.
The Hammers had a poor start to the campaign as they suffered five defeats and picked up just one victory in their opening six fixtures.
Following the team's 3-0 defeat to Southampton, they recorded one draw and back-to-back victories.
Tomorrow, Bilic's side face a tough task in the EFL Cup against Chelsea, who head to the London Stadium on the back of a 4-0 rout over Manchester United.
"We have seven points from three games in the league, so the confidence is back now," Bilic said in today's press conference. "We have to continue in this way.
"I can only repeat what I've said before, is that all we can do is try to play good football and win games, and that's what we'll try. Chelsea are one of the candidates to win the league and they have quality in all parts of the pitch. They're big opponents."
Chelsea claimed a 2-1 win over West Ham in their league opener.
