West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has claimed that he wants his team to be "more consistent", despite losing just once in their last 12 Premier League games.
The Hammers are currently sixth in the league table, six points adrift of fourth-placed Arsenal.
On Tuesday night, the Hammers earned a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa, but ahead of Saturday's trip to Southampton, Bilic has urged for more from his team.
"We are playing good, we are consistent but I would like us to be more consistent," Bilic told reporters in Thursday's press conference. "There is still room to improve.
"We are fit, we are feeling good. We are feeling confident and picking up points. We shouldn't be looking at the table at the moment, all we can influence is our performances so that's what we'll concentrate on."
The Hammers have won 10 of their 24 games in the top flight this season.
