West Ham United defender James Tomkins has hailed his side's promotion to the Premier League as an "unbelievable" achievement.
Ricardo Vaz Te's late strike earned the Hammers a 2-1 win over Blackpool in the Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
"It's unbelievable. Coming onto the pitch today, I was getting butterflies through my body and everything," Tomkins told Sky Sports News.
"It's most important that we bounced back straight away and we've done that today and that's why I signed the contract midway through the season. We wanted to get the club back in the Premier League and we've achieved that, it's unbelievable really."
West Ham were relegated from the Premier League in 2011.
