West Ham United have moved within two points of Championship leaders Southampton with a 3-1 win at home to Derby County.
The visitors took an unexpected lead on 34 minutes when Tamas Priskin, on loan from Ipswich Town, struck the ball into the bottom corner of the Hammers' net.
The home side levelled the match just before the break when Carlton Cole headed in Joey O'Brien's cross from close range.
United took the lead just after the hour when Kevin Nolan fired in from outside of the area.
Sam Allardyce's side stretched their lead 10 minutes later when substitute Frederic Piquionne was adjudged to have been brought down inside the area by Craig Bryson. Mark Noble stepped up to score with the spot kick.
