West Ham United have announced the arrival of defender Angelo Ogbonna on a four-year contract from Juventus.
A deal for the 27-year-old is said to have been in the pipeline for the past month, but terms have now been agreed.
Ogbonna becomes West Ham's second Serie A signing of the summer, following in the footsteps of Sampdoria's Pedro Obiang who joined last month.
Speaking to his new side's official website, the Italy international said: "I am delighted to have joined the club. I wanted to play in the Premier League and am happy to be in London.
"My heart told me that the right decision was to play for West Ham United. I cannot wait to start working under Mr Bilic and with my new team-mates. I feel ready for this new adventure."
Ogbonna joins the Hammers for an undisclosed fee, which is thought to be in the region of £9m.
