West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has insisted that his club will not sign Charlie Austin this month.
The Hammers are one of a number of Premier League sides that have been linked with a move for the 26-year-old, who has just six months left to run on his contract at Queens Park Rangers.
However, having bolstered his attacking ranks during the summer, Bilic has revealed that Austin is not an option that he is pursuing.
"[Austin] is linked with most of the clubs when QPR got relegated," the Croatian boss told reporters.
"We were among those clubs in the summer but we have chosen other options. We're not looking at that option."
Austin found the net on 18 occasions for the R's in the top flight last term.
