Herita Illunga has left West Ham United by mutual consent, the club has confirmed.
The Congolese defender has been released from his contract with immediate effect after falling out of favour with manager Sam Allardyce.
The 29-year-old has been on loan at Doncaster since October, having last played for the Hammers in a 2-1 defeat to Aldershot in the Carling Cup back in August.
A statement on the club's official website said: "The club would like to thank Herita for his service and wish him well for the future."
Illunga joined West Ham in 2009, making 73 appearances for the club.
